Chinese BBQ Pork Buns

Ingredients
- 1 (1½ pound) pork tenderloin
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2/3 cup Wildtree Golden BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 package Wildtree So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup warm water (110°F-120°F)
- 1/2 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pork tenderloin and chicken broth in an oven safe pot with a lid. Cover and bake in the oven for 2-3 hours. Remove pork from the pot and rest for 5 minutes in a bowl. Shred pork with two forks and toss with Golden BBQ Sauce and soy sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough with baking powder and sugar. Add water and Natural Grapeseed Oil and mix until the dough comes together. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll into a ball, and flatten into a disc. Roll to about ⅛-inch thick and pinch the edges to make them thinner than the rest of the dough. Place about 2 tablespoons of the pulled pork in the center, pull the dough up around the filling, and pinch together to seal. Place on a sheet pan lined with greased parchment paper. Brush the top of the buns with egg and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
