Ingredients
  • 4 pounds of Baby Potatoes (washed, quartered)
  • 300g of Middle Rasher Bacon (about 6 slices)
  • 6 Boiled Eggs (quartered)
  • 4 Spring Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Cups of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 1½ Teaspoons of Onion Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder (or 2 Teaspoons of Fresh Pureed Garlic)
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
