- 4 pounds of Baby Potatoes (washed, quartered)
- 300g of Middle Rasher Bacon (about 6 slices)
- 6 Boiled Eggs (quartered)
- 4 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 2 Cups of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 1½ Teaspoons of Onion Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder (or 2 Teaspoons of Fresh Pureed Garlic)
- Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
