Golden BBQ Chicken Dip
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 (8 ounce) packages neufchatel cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Wildtree Golden BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix red onion with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Golden BBQ Sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded chicken breasts. Spread evenly in a 10-inch cast iron pan and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with whole wheat pita chips or fresh vegetables.
