Guacamole Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4½ teaspoons Wildtree Guacamole Seasoning
- 2 avocados
- 1 pound crimini mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Pinch salt and black pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup Wildtree Wing Sauce
Instructions
- Use the Guacamole seasoning and avocados to prepare Wildtree guacamole according to package directions. Cover tightly and set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil. Toss mushrooms with oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange into a single layer, hollow sides up, on prepared sheet pan. Bake 8-10 minutes, remove from sheet pan, and drain off excess liquid. Fold grape tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese into the prepared guacamole and use this mixture to stuff mushrooms. Drizzle mushrooms with Wing Sauce and serve hot.
