One Pot Bacon Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups butternut squash soup
- 1 cup Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, prepared according to package directions
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes
- 1 package Wildtree Cheddar and Herb Skillet Meal
- 2 cups elbow pasta 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped chives
Instructions
- Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Add in the butternut squash soup, prepared Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, diced tomatoes, and Cheddar and Herb Skillet Meal; stir to combine. Stir in elbow pasta. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for about 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Top with bacon and chives.
