Roast Beef Sandwiches with Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Wildtree Horseradish Dill Blend
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1 medium or large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted if desired
- 8 thin slices roast beef
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Mix together mayonnaise and Horseradish Dill Blend and set aside. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onions for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and golden brown. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each slice of bread. Assemble sandwiches by layering 2 slices roast beef, onions, and tomato slices between two slices of bread.
