Slow Cooker Glazed Root Vegetables
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 pound parsnips, peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 package Wildtree Orange Spice Glaze
- Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker and cook on high for 2½ hours. Uncover and finish cooking for 30 minutes to help the glaze thicken.
