S'mores No Bake Cheesecake Bars
- 18 graham crackers, divided
- 1/2 cup Wildtree Organic Coconut Oil, melted and divided
- 16 ounces milk chocolate, divided
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Wildtree S'mores Dessert Blend
- Place 14 graham crackers in a zip-top bag. Crush into crumbs using a rolling pin, pan, or other heavy object. Toss crumbs with 6 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with wax paper and spread the crumbs in an even layer on the bottom; refrigerate. Melt 12 ounces milk chocolate and mix with cream cheese and S'mores Dessert Blend until throughly combined. Spread mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust and return the pan to the refrigerator. Break the remaining graham crackers up into quarter-sized pieces. Melt the remaining 4 ounces chocolate and mix with the remaining 2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil. Press graham cracker pieces onto the cheesecake filling and drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm, cut into squares, and serve.
